I found my stay at Universe Central Hotel Saigon had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and spacious, with fresh towels daily, but the mornings were quite noisy with staff shouting in the hallways. The location was convenient, being a short cab ride to popular areas, but the breakfast offerings were disappointing after the first few days. Overall, it suited my needs for a busy trip, but there are definitely areas that could use improvement.
